Senja, seikat janji

Senja, setia nan manja

Alunan nada mandayu-dayu menemani sisa-sisa waktuku menikmati mentari yang pulang,,

Membangun satu demi satu lembayung kehidupan yang sempat lalu lalang,,

Diam-diam imajinasiku membawa pada lamunan-lamunan masa lalu yang usang,,

Seokar capung senja terbang rendah di mataku, seakan menertawakaku tenggelam dalam lamunan panjang,,

Akupun tersenyum, sembari meraba pipi kanan dan kiriku, ternyata manusiapun ada titik senja,,

Berjalan panjang dan tak pedulikan waktu, bersandar menghabiskan waktu, sembari mengusap keringat bercucuran disudut
dahi,,

Lupa bahwa dalam hidup ini ada yang namanya kematian, dimana semua akan sirna,,

Pun yang di perlukan kita, di genggaman kita, di pandangan kita, apalagi hal-hal yang hanya dalam lamunan kita,,

Sungguh semua akan sirna, sungguh,,

Termasuk senja,,
