Ini juga bermasalah karena desa atau kelurahan setempat tidak memiliki data lengkap dan update terkait data warganya yang meninggal dunia,” ujar Deni yang juga Direktur LS Vinus tersebut.
Deni juga menambahkan bahwa masih banyak ditemukan data masyarakat yang tidak sesuai dengan alamat saat dilakukan pencoklitan oleh petugas di lapangan.
“Dari beberapa laporan Pemantau LS Vinus, banyak data yang alamatnya tidak jelas setelah dilakukan pendataan,” ujarnya.
Di sisi lain, Deni juga menyoroti sistem KPU yang sering kali eror ketika digunakan dalam proses pemutakhiran oleh petugas. Belum lagi di daerah yang tidak terjangkau internet.
Di sisi lain, Deni juta menyatakan bahwa metode sampling yang digunakan dalam pengawasan berjalan tidak maksimal penerapannya di lapangan oleh Pengawas Desa/Kelurahan (PKD), terdapat kebingungan petugas dalam memahami metode dan juknis.
“Situasi ini membuat petugas Pantarlih tidak selalu diawasi oleh pengawas. Hal tersebut akan menjadi celah potensi kesalahan dan bukan tidak mungkin kecurangan dalam pendataan oleh petugas karena pengawas tidak memahami pola pengawasan yang digunakan. Jika kita bicara prinsip integritas, maka jelas dalam konteks pengawasan ini tidak kita temukan integritas,” ujarnya.
Deni berharap kedepannya harus ada perhatian lebih dari KPU dan Bawaslu terkait dengan permasalahan pemutakhiran Daftar Pemilih di level paling bawah.
“Saya berharap KPU dan Bawaslu harus lebih peka terhadap persoalan yang terjadi di lapangan dan apa yang dialami oleh teman-teman di bawah. Tidak hanya sekadar memberikan aturan sementara di bawah tidak bisa mengeksekusinya dengan baik,” tutupnya.
