Ulul Azmi selaku Ketua Cabang PMII Jakarta Barat mengungkapkan bahwa manajemen keorganisasian di PMII masih Konvensional, sementara orang disana sudah membicarakan open government dan kita masih belom Good Government.
“Pada dasarnya kita juga penting menerapkan good goverment di PMII, yang mana pengelolahan manajemen keorganisasian selalu harus adaptif dengan kondisi yang ada, dan harus kita combain dengan sistem Informasi yang kita ciptakan nanti”, harapannya.
Banyak peluang besar bagi PMII untuk menunjukkan eksistensinya di bidang professional, sementara PMII masih berkelut dengan bidang politik pasca PMII. Target PB PMII akan melakukan kaderisasi di kampus umum seperti halnya di Jakarta Barat harus mempunyai karya yang jelas dari PMII.
“Jika PMII tidak bergerak lebih cepat maka PMII akan tertinggal dengan organisasi yang lain, hari ini PB PMII belum bisa menjawab hal itu, teknologi sudah cepat namun administrasi dan tata Kelola organisasi masih konvesional”, jelasnya.
Ia juga merasa bahwa PMII oragnisasi besar yang tersebar di seluruh kampus di Indonesia, seharusnya mencetak paling sedikit 50 kader terbaik untuk terus mengawal PMII disegala bidang keilmuan. Sementara PB.PMII hanya mematok kaderisasi hanya MAPABA, PKD, PKL, dan PKN.
“Kaderisasi formal yang di formulakan oleh PB PMII belum bisa menjawab tatangan zaman, hanya kegiatan formalitas mencari sertifikat saja. Hal ini membuat arah PMII kedepan semakin utopis dan jelasnya absurd, kalau PMII tidak segera membuat formula yang pas untuk tantangan zaman yang semakin cepat majunya”, pungkasnya.
